I have bought this because have tmj and I clench my jaw at night and the so much worse fact. I have slept with these 3 nights now and I each morning has despertador up without ache of jaw. I have required the guard at night so that I grind my very bad teeth at night, causes my teeth to hurt and wake my fianc up.
